Returns & Refunds Policy

At Digivora, all products are made to order through a print-on-demand process. Because each item is custom-made after an order is placed, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as incorrect size selection, color choice, or change of mind.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

To report an issue, please email support@digivora.co and include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

Once verified, we will offer either:

  • A free replacement product, or

  • A full refund to your original payment method.

Return Policy

In most cases, you will not be required to return the item. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled or modified within a short period after being placed. Once production has started, cancellations or changes cannot be guaranteed.

Lost or Undelivered Packages

If your package is marked as delivered but you did not receive it, please contact the shipping carrier first. We will assist you in resolving the issue whenever possible.
