Order Processing Time
All Digivora products are made to order using a print-on-demand process. Orders typically take 2–5 business days to be processed and produced before shipping.

Once production is complete, the order will be shipped using one of our trusted shipping carriers.

Estimated Shipping Times
Shipping times vary depending on the destination:

United States: 3–7 business days
Canada: 5–10 business days
Europe: 5–12 business days
Australia & New Zealand: 7–14 business days
Rest of the World: 10–20 business days

Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or high seasonal demand.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and shipping method selected.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can track your package.

Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

Digivora is not responsible for orders that are delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us immediately at support@digivora.co. We cannot guarantee address changes once production has started.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Lost or Delayed Packages
If your order appears to be lost or significantly delayed, please contact our support team at support@digivora.co and we will assist you in resolving the issue with the shipping carrier.

Delivery Issues
Digivora is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the shipping carrier but not received by the customer. In such cases, customers should contact the shipping carrier directly.
